Product Description

Soffi Pendnat Lamp, inspired by an ancient art translated into a simple and modern language. Pure light and glass blown by skilled Venetian artisans. GamFratesi's minimalist design captures the exact moment the blowing technique gives the glass its shape. Delicate and irregular spheres appear to float in the air under the force of gravity from suspended slender leather arms.

The Soffi lamp is composed of two elements in blown glass. The outer sphere is ephemeral and almost weightless, taking on a faded cream or smoky hue. The sphere supporting the light is visually more robust in blown glass with an opaque white etched finish. When lit, the lamp blooms with an even and diffused light that enhances the faded hue of the outer glass and its gradient transparency. A magical and harmonious effect that can be used to light a variety of different environments, it is made all the more evocative by the uniqueness of each Sophie lamp, subtle tonal differences and irregular shapes created by blowing different colored glass.
