1. Where are the items?
All packages are shipped from our China factory.

2. When will the package be shipped?
Packages are shipped within 3-10 business days of your order.
Once shipped, an email will be sent to your email with package tracking information. If you can't find the mail, please check your trash, otherwise it may be rejected by your mail system, please contact us.
Our orders are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks (some countries may be longer, if you are not sure, please contact us to check). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.

2. If you need to return the product for any other reason than the above
If you are not satisfied for any reason other than the above, you may return eligible lomance.com items to our warehouse in China within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging. Note that this does not apply to custom orders.
