Shipping Policy

  • Where is the item?

All packages are shipped from our China factory.

  • Package preparation time?

The package will be prepared within 3 working days after the order is placed. 

After shipment, we will send you an email with the package tracking information. If you don't find the email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, it may be that your mail system has blocked the email, please contact us in time.

  • Shipping Cost

We provide free shipping for all packages. If you need express shipping service, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Express shipping costs vary based on the shipping method you choose, as well as the weight, size, destination, and other factors of your order. You can contact our customer service team to check the express shipping costs.

Express shipping costs vary based on the order total. Our order system will accurately determine the shipping costs based on your selections. Typically, express shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks.

  • Shipping Method

There are two types of shipping methods: standard shipping and express shipping

A. Standard shipping

Standard shipping is free door-to-door delivery, we provide free standard shipping.Standard shipping is delivered by sea + local UPS. Packages using standard shipping are usually arrive within 4-8 weeks. You don't have to pay any additional fees for standard shipping, all orders can be shipped to our supported shipping destinations using standard shipping, (Does not include second shipping or return costs due to delivery failure)

B. Express shipping

Express shipping requires additional charge, please email us your order and destination and we will calculate custom shipping costs. Express shipping is usually using DHL, UPS or Fedex. Please ask us for a quote before ordering. Packages using express shipping usually arrive within 1-3 weeks. All orders can be shipped to our supported shipping destinations using express shipping, (Does not include second shipping or return costs due to delivery failure)

  • Delivery Date

Transit Time for Standard Shipping: Packages are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks. (Some countries may take longer, if you are not sure, please contact us to fix it. Please note that factors such as holidays and weather may affect shipping time.) If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.

  • Changes to Estimated Delivery Dates.

We or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date if events beyond our or our delivery partner's control delay or prevent delivery on the originally estimated date and or time. Products will be delivered when we ship to the address you provide to us. If we are unable to deliver your product within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) cancel your order;
c) refund you.

  • I need to purchase an item by a certain date!

Although we do our best to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Once the package leaves our door, it is up to the courier to deliver your order in a timely manner at their sole discretion. We ask that you purchase well in advance of the deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.

We can expedite shipments via DHL, UPS or Fedex. Please ask us for a quote before ordering. In many cases, if expedited, the package usually arrives within 1-3 weeks.

If the order does not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund during the shipping process. The order needs to be returned to us to process the refund.

  • How do I track my order?

    • Duty-free amount

    Currently we only offer limited duty-free in Australia and the United States.

    The duty-free amount for Australian customers is 900 Australian dollars. If the value of your goods is less than 900 Australian dollars, you do not need to pay customs duties. If the value of your goods is more than 900 Australian dollars, you may need to pay customs duties. The specific tariff charges are determined by the customs, and it is your responsibility to pay the tariff and duty charges, and we are not responsible for these charges.

    US customers have a duty-free allowance of $800. If the value of your goods is less than $800, you do not need to pay tariffs. If the value of your goods is more than $800, you may need to pay tariffs. The specific tariff charges are determined by the customs, and it is your responsibility to pay the tariff and duty charges, and we are not responsible for these charges.

    If you belong to the United States and Australia, we deliver to your door via UPS, and you do not need to pay any import duties. (Our freight forwarder will pay your import duties)

    • Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

    All prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, local taxes, or any other import fees. This means that you may need to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order.
    Once your order reaches the final destination, the local customs may charge import taxes, duties, and related customs fees.
    It is your responsibility, not ours, to pay these fees and taxes. These charges are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country. For more details on the costs, please contact your local customs office.

    Special Note: Please choose standard shipping channels for the UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, Hungary, otherwise customs may impose expensive import duties.

    • Common shipping issues.

    Make sure you enter the correct shipping address. lomance is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Due to the nature of our business, the goods may be delivered in multiple packages. Our products are generally too large to ship to a PO Box. Please provide a street address.

    If no one signs for the delivery address, the shipping company will leave a pickup card and you can go to the nearest shipping warehouse to pick up the goods. After the first delivery fails, it will be tried again on the next delivery day. If no one signs for the delivery, the package will be returned to the shipping company's shipping warehouse. If you do not receive the package due to no one signing for it, we will deduct part of the shipping cost from the refund. If you need to re-ship, additional shipping costs may be incurred.
