Items are shipped from China.
What is your delivery time?
From order to delivery, most orders are received within 4-8 weeks.

I need items before a certain date!
Although we do our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date. Once the package leaves our door, the courier company will, at its sole discretion, make timely delivery of your order. We ask that you purchase before the deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.
We can expedite shipping via UPS or Fedex. Please ask us for a quote before ordering. Many times, if an order is expedited, it can be received in as little as 1-3 weeks.
We will not be able to refund in transit if the order does not arrive on a specific date. Orders need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.

Delivery Issues If there is a problem with the address or delivery, the recipient will need help coordinating with the courier company to resolve shipping issues. This may also involve the recipient picking up the package at the courier office. We do our best to keep in touch with the courier, but due to different time zones and languages, issues are resolved faster with the recipient's involvement.
Non-delivery/returned delivery
If the delivery is returned due to address issues, or if the recipient is not present and the package is returned to us, redelivery will incur shipping charges - this will be calculated and communicated prior to resending.
If the customer decides to get a full refund, the refund will only be made after the returned package has been received, and the original postage of the package sent will be deducted from the purchase price.
